Polymer coating

The use of special polymers (e.g. PTFE, PFA, FEP, etc.) provide surfaces that are both hydrophobic and oleophobic and prevent various materials such as adhesives, rubber, synthetic materials or food ingredients from sticking. These non-stick properties can be further enhanced by increasing the substrate / coating roughness profiles and reducing surface contact area.

As a result of our special infusion process, our polymer and fluoropolymer coatings have a very good mechanical bond to the substrate.  Polymer and fluoropolymer coatings are applied to aluminum, steel, stainless steel, tool steel, copper, ceramics, synthetic materials, etc.  They are temperature resistant up to approx. 280C and many are FDA-compliant for direct food contact.
